A not-for-profit early childhood education organization in Armstrong Creek is seeking a Nominated Supervisor and Teacher. You will lead operations, develop programs, and foster an inclusive environment for children and families. Ideal candidates will have an ACECQA recognised teaching degree, VIT registration, and strong leadership experience. This position offers a balanced work-life schedule aligned with the Victorian school calendar.

We are excited to open our newest kindergarten on the New Biyala Primary School site in Armstrong Creek, just south of Geelong.
This purpose-built service features stunning, light-filled rooms and a vast outdoor play area designed to spark curiosity and inspire exploration. As Nominated Supervisor and Teacher, you will lead the overall operation and management of the service, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and maintaining the legal responsibilities of the role.
You’ll have the chance to develop, implement, and evaluate innovative and high-quality early childhood programs that reflect current theory, research, and the needs of the Armstrong Creek community.
You’ll mentor and support a passionate team of educators, build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community, and foster an inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
With set session times aligned to the Victorian school term calendar, you’ll enjoy regular breaks and a healthy work-life balance, while making a meaningful impact on the lives of young Australians.
