Job summary

Lindsay Australia is seeking an experienced Linehaul Driver to join their team in a permanent full-time role. The roster is Monday–Friday with a nightshift shuttle starting at 10pm. You’ll demonstrate safe work practices while handling temperature-sensitive freight and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Current and valid MC driver licence to perform the above-mentioned role.
• Previous Commercial Driving Experience detailed in your resume.
• Current BFM, preferred but not essential.
• A safe driving record, you will be required to provide a copy of your driving history.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• Strong customer focus with good communication skills.
• Well presented, professional and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Safe Always - Demonstrating safe work practices, leading by example and promoting a safe work culture.
• Temperature Sensitive Freight - working with and understanding temperature sensitive freight, ensuring the safe and timely handling.
• Customer Service - Interacting with customers in a professional manner.
• Teamwork & Communication - Working closely with depot teams for the loading, unloading and transportation of freight.
• Good Work Ethic - Reliable, supportive and the ability to have a go!
• Quality Checks & Control - Completing relevant pre-start checklists, safety documentation and delivery of paperwork.
