Job summary

The Coles Group is seeking a part-time Nightfill team member to ensure shelves are full and the store is well-presented for customers. You’ll work evenings and nights, restocking and assisting customers as needed, in a supportive, team-driven environment.

You’ll be on your feet for long periods, with opportunities to develop retail skills, learn about store operations, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our communities.

Qualifications

• Commitment to providing great customer experiences with energy and pace.
• Able to stay active on your feet for long periods and perform moderate to heavy lifting.
• Go-to person for customer queries and store information.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Restock shelves to keep the store looking great for customers.
• Provide accurate and friendly assistance to shoppers and colleagues.
• Support nightshift operations to ensure shelves are stocked and ready for trading.
