Job summary

Woolworths Group in Ballina Shire, NSW, is seeking a friendly Night Shift Team Member to help restock shelves and keep the store looking inviting for customers. Starting in the afternoons or evenings, you’ll work with pallet jacks and cutting tools, with PPE provided to keep everyone safe.

You’ll efficiently refill shelves, organise aisles and backroom storage, assist customers during night hours, and follow safety and hygiene standards to maintain a safe shopping environment.

• Efficiently refill shelves with products, ensuring proper placement and visibility for all items.
• Maintain organised aisles and backroom storage, ensuring products are easily accessible and neatly presented.
• Keep the store clean and orderly during night shifts by cleaning spills, removing trash, and ensuring that all areas are safe for customers and staff.
• Occasionally assist customers who may need help during the night hours, providing excellent customer service.
• Follow all safety and health regulations, including proper lifting techniques and maintaining high hygiene standards.

About the role

Starting in the afternoons or evenings, your work in restocking our shelves is vital in keeping the store ticking and our customers happy. Regular use of store equipment including pallet jacks, cutting tools, PPE for cold areas as required will be tools provided to support you in delivering a great offer to our customers.
