Job summary

• As a leader you will plan and lead your department operations with a day-to-day focus and collaborate with store leadership to deliver great customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead your team to deliver carton rate and drive availability for customers.
• Prioritise sustainability commitments through recycling in store.
• Engage and role model Everyday ACTs – Acknowledge, Care & Thank.
• Make safety a top priority by ensuring correct processes are followed in store.
