Job summary

Woolworths Group in Adelaide is seeking a Department Manager / Nightfill Manager to lead a team in delivering carton rate and product availability, while upholding safety and high service standards. You will participate in the Store Leadership Pathway to grow leadership capabilities and drive a positive in-store experience.

You will work closely with store leadership, coach team members daily, and foster a collaborative environment that supports the department and customer needs.

About The Role

What You'll Do

As a Nightfill Manager at Woolworths Supermarkets you will plan and lead your team to deliver carton rate and drive availability to ensure our customers have what they need while prioritising our sustainability commitments through recycling.
