Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a Nightfill Manager for our supermarkets in Adelaide. You will plan and lead your team to deliver carton rate and availability while prioritising sustainability commitments in-store.

You’ll work with the store leadership team to ensure a great shopping experience for customers and a supportive workplace for team members. We’ll help you grow through our Store Leadership Pathway, offering development opportunities to lead departments and potentially advance to store

Responsibilities

• As a Nightfill Manager at Woolworths Supermarkets you will plan and lead your team to deliver carton rate and drive availability to ensure our customers have what they need while prioritising our sustainability commitments through recycling.
• Lead department operations and provide leadership support to your team on a day-to-day basis, working closely with store leadership to ensure a great shopping experience.
• Be a safety role model, ensure correct processes are followed in store, and collaborate across stores to enable a positive shopping experience.
