Dynamic Staffing Solutions in Melbourne is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Storeperson / Forklift Operator to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation. The role includes RF scanning, order picking and replenishment of stock in chilled and freezer environments.

This is a full-time night shift position with shifts from 11:00pm to 7:00am. Forklift experience is optional; licences may be supported, and protective clothing is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare orders using RF scanners.
• Replenish shelves and stock locations.

• Maintain clean and organised warehouse aisles.
• Assist with general housekeeping and waste removal.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Support forklift operations and stock movements if licensed.

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Night Shift Warehouse Storepersons to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, are comfortable working in chilled and freezer environments, and are looking for consistent night shift hours with an ongoing opportunity.

Forklift experience is highly regarded but not essential, as we have opportunities available for both licensed and non-licensed warehouse workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and preparing orders using RF scanners
• Replenishing shelves and stock locations
• Manual handling and repetitive lifting of products up to 25kg
• Working across chilled and freezer storage areas
• Maintaining clean and organised warehouse aisles
• Removing cardboard and general warehouse waste
• Sweeping aisles and completing general housekeeping duties
• Following workplace health and safety procedures
• Supporting forklift operations and stock movements where licensed

Working Hours

Night Shift: 11:00pm to 7:00am

• Shifts commence Sunday night at 11:00pm
• Roster includes fortnightly Friday night shifts, finishing Saturday at 7:00am
• Six shifts per week during rostered Friday night weeks
• Applicants must be punctual and ready to commence work at 11:00pm
• Scheduled breaks are taken together as a team throughout the shift

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous warehouse, pick packing or RF scanning experience
• Ability to perform repetitive manual handling and lift up to 25kg
• Willingness to work in chilled and freezer environments
• Strong reliability, punctuality and attendance
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Availability for ongoing night shift work

Additional Qualifications (Highly Regarded)

• LF Forklift Licence
• Previous forklift operating experience
• MR or HR Truck Licence, with opportunities to assist with stock transfers between sites
