Role is full-time with onsite parking and uniforms. The shift runs 11pm–7am with 30% shift loading. Ideal for candidates with manufacturing experience and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Complete quality checks and follow standard work instructions.
• Identify and report equipment, quality or process issues.
• Support changeovers, start-ups and shutdowns as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team to achieve production targets.
