Qualifications
- Current AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Experience in mental health nursing or strong interest in mental health care.
- Must have availability to work night shifts across all seven days of the week.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients with mental health disorders.
- Monitor and assess patients' mental and physical health status.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised care plans.
- Support patients through therapeutic engagement and recovery-focused interventions.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, allied health professionals and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with policies and procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and respond to clinical risks or incidents.
