Job summary

Kids Gourmet Food is seeking an Overnight Kitchen Hand to join our high-volume production kitchen in Brookvale. The role runs 10:00 PM–6:00 AM, Sunday to Thursday nights, with a casual pay rate of 48.24 AUD per hour.

Immediate start available for a reliable, physically capable candidate. You will handle food prep, packing, chilling finished products, and ensure HACCP compliance while maintaining a clean, safe kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production kitchen or similar role.
• Ability to work overnight in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Understand and follow Health & Safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation, batching and production.
• Packing/unpacking food products.
• Preparing, packing and chilling finished products.
• Following recipes and production processes.
• Maintaining a clean, safe kitchen and equipment.
• Supporting the Kitchen Manager and team with duties.
