Job summary

Programmed Skilled Workforce is seeking an experienced forklift operator for Sunshine, VIC. The role covers operating counterbalance forklifts, loading/unloading, and ensuring loads are secure in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Night shifts are available (Mon-Fri, 10pm–6am). A valid forklift licence, full working rights, and ability to pass drug/alcohol tests and police checks are required. Applicants should be physically fit to handle 15–20kg and travel to Sunshine.

Qualifications

• Must have valid forklift licence.
• Have experience operating counterbalance forklifts.
• Must be available Mon to Fri for night shifts (10:00pm–6:00am).
• Must have full working rights in Australia.
• Physically fit to lift up to 15–20kg.
• Able to clear drug and alcohol test and Police Check.
• Has a car and can travel to Sunshine.

Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance forklifts and check loads are secure.
• Complete pre-start checks on forklifts (electric).
• Help load and unload trucks and stack goods in storage bays.
• Pack and sort parcels, mail and freight; manual handling as required.
• Operate pallet jacks and assist with stock control instructions.
