Job summary

Programmed Maintenance Services – Lake Macquarie Shire NSW is seeking an experienced forklift operator to join our team in the Sunshine area. You will operate counters, load and unload trucks, and support warehouse tasks for a national postal and deliveries operation.

The role requires a valid forklift licence, night shift availability (10:00pm–6:00am), and the ability to travel to Sunshine. Casual loading is included in the advertised pay rate.

Qualifications

• Must have valid forklift licence and counterbalance experience.
• Available Monday to Friday for night shift (10:00pm–6:00am).
• Must have full working rights and be able to travel to Sunshine.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance forklifts
• Check loads are secure
• Complete pre-start checks on forklift electrical
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Stack goods in storage bays per stock control instructions
• Pack and sort parcels, mail and freight
• Manual handling of up to 15–20 kg
• Operate pallet jacks
