Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is hiring a Crew member to join our Newcastle team. You will take orders, assemble burritos, restock fridges and handle basic food prep, delivering a quick, friendly guest experience during night shifts.

You'll work 10pm–6am, with weekend overnight shifts, and enjoy flexible rosters, free uniforms, heavily discounted meals, thorough training, team activities, and opportunities for leadership growth and franchise involvement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 10pm to 6am.
• Required to work at least one Weekend Overnights (Saturday and or Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve guests during night shifts.
• Craft burritos and restock fridges.
• Perform basic food preparation and ensure cleanliness.
• Contribute to overall guest experience and teamwork.
