Job summary

Crown Property Services is seeking confident and reliable Night Shift Cleaners to support our current team. This role is ideal for someone living in the local community, enjoys working nights and is a team player.

You will work at our partner's health and wellbeing spa facility on the Mornington Peninsula, performing general cleaning duties and maintaining safe, high-quality results with a strong emphasis on compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven cleaning experience is essential.
• Able to work night shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and able to work autonomously in a structured environment.
• Comfortable working with a team or independently.
• Physically fit for manual tasks.
• Reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic.
• 6–12 months of cleaning experience preferred.
• Australian work rights or valid visa.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties: sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming.
• Maintain high cleaning standards consistently.
• Meet daily deadlines beyond the regular schedule.
• Collaborate with team to keep environment clean and safe.
• Be flexible for additional shifts as required.
• Work outdoors for some external cleaning during night shifts.

Our focus is on delivering great service quality results for our client, whilst maintaining safe work practices. You will be working at our partner's reputable health and wellbeing spa facility located in the Mornington Peninsula area.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Ensuring high standards are consistently met.
• Support the team in achieving daily deadlines as they arise, beyond the regular cleaning schedule.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Flexible to accept additional shifts, as and when required.
• Able to work outdoors, as some external cleaning in nightly scope.

About You

• Proven experience in a cleaning role is essential.
• Ability to work nights.
• Good working knowledge of cleaning protocols and chemical safety. (strong chemicals such as chlorine used on site)
• Strong attention to detail & ability to work autonomously in a structured environment.
• Experience with using pressure wash cleaner, floor buffer/scrubber (desirable)
• Confident to work both in a team or independently.
• Physically fit with the ability to carry out manual tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
• Good attitude, respectful and professional in the workplace.
• Minimum 6-12 months of cleaning experience required.
• Candidates must have valid Australian work rights or appropriate work visa.

Shift Hours

• 10:00pm start time – 6:00am finish time
• (Night Shift Allowance - as per Cleaning Services Award).
