Skilled Medical is seeking a Registrar/PHO in Internal Medicine for night shifts at a Northern NSW hospital. Shifts run from 20:00 to 08:30, starting 05 November 2026 and concluding 04 February 2027, at an hourly rate of AUD 170.

This role supports a busy regional campus with acute care responsibilities. The successful candidate will work nights, covering internal medicine/general medicine duties and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across a 357-bed facility serving ~81,000 residents.
