Job summary

Cro Care in Geelong, VIC is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) for PM and Night Duty on a permanent part-time basis. You will provide compassionate, resident-centred care during the overnight shift, ensuring comfort, dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Ageing or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 12 months of aged care or similar healthcare experience.
• Willingness to work permanent night duty shifts on a 7-day rotating roster.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, dressing and mobility.
• Support overnight routines and respond promptly to call bells.
• Monitor resident wellbeing and report changes to RN/EN.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Support infection control, safety and workplace procedures.
