Job summary

Lindsay Transport Brisbane Depot is seeking experienced Forklift Drivers for the night shift to support temperature sensitive freight operations and general loading/unloading within our busy hub.

Applicants should hold a current forklift licence, have warehouse experience and be reliable and punctual with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid and current forklift licence.
• Experience in warehouse, picking, packing and stocktaking.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks.
• Refrigeration experience preferred.
• Reliable and punctual with good communication.
• Able to adhere to transport documentation.

Responsibilities

• Safe work practices – promote a safe work culture.
• Handle temperature sensitive freight with safe and timely handling.
• Load/unload vehicles; move freight to/from storage; load dry, refrigerated, frozen freight onto trailers.
• Load trucks in accordance with the load sheet.
• Operate stabilisation equipment as required.
