Toowoomba BMW is seeking a customer-focused Vehicle Sales Consultant to help customers find the right BMW and guide them through the entire purchase journey, delivering a premium experience from enquiry to handover.

You will engage showroom and digital inquiries, understand customer needs, present vehicles, and build lasting relationships while contributing to sales targets. Training is provided for the right attitude and experience.

About the Role

As a Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers find the right BMW to suit their lifestyle and needs. You'll guide customers through every stage of the vehicle purchase journey, delivering a premium experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging with customers both in the showroom and through digital enquiries
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles and products
• Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Achieving individual and team sales targets
• Managing sales administration and CRM activities accurately
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the ownership journey

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in automotive, retail, hospitality or customer-facing sales
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A professional and confident approach
• High levels of motivation and self-drive
• Excellent organisational and time management skills

Automotive sales experience is advantageous but not essential. We are happy to provide training to the right person with the right attitude.
