Grill’d is opening a brand-new restaurant on Albert St, Brisbane, and we’re assembling a team of energetic Team Members to deliver fast, epic service from day one.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in QSR, hospitality, or customer service (ideal but not essential) / or maybe you're at high school looking for your first gig.
• Someone who thrives under pressure and brings positive energy to every shift
• A team player who’s ready to jump in and get involved
• Availability for a mix of weekday, weeknight, and weekend shifts.
• Whether you’re flipping patties, chatting with guests, or making our signature chips sparkle with seasoning, you’ll be part of a team that works hard, has fun, and makes a real impact in the community.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend group interviews on one of the following dates:

• Thursday 5th November
• Friday 6th November

As part of the process, you’ll complete a quick online assessment – it’s a combo of fun, game-based tasks and a few video questions. It takes about 20 minutes and needs to be done within 48 hours of applying. Once you’re done, you’ll even get a personalised insight report (think of it as a snapshot of your strengths and how you like to work).
