Concentric is seeking a New Graduate Speech Pathologist for its 2027 program in Penshurst, NSW. Starting February 2027, you will enter a structured 12‑month development track blending clinic and community work with weekly supervision and a strong focus on transitioning from study to practice.

Qualifications

• Complete degree in Speech Pathology.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a car.
• Unrestricted Australian work rights.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Structured 12 month program for learning and development.
• Initial 12 weeks of Graduate intensive training with introduction to Concentric and the NDIS Allied Health space.
• A Supervisor to help guide you with weekly supervision.

As a New Graduate Speech Pathologist, you will undergo an industry leading graduate program, serving both in our clinic, as well as out in the community!
Starting in February 2027 you'll experience a gradual ramp up period, we will help you transition from your studies, and apply those skills in a real world setting. With access to weekly supervision, market leading PD and a dedicated multi-disciplinary team around you, Concentric will provide the foundations to build a long and successful career!
