Job summary

ORS invites you to start your OT career through a comprehensive 6‑month Graduate Program designed to support new graduates as they transition from study to clinical practice across Australia. You will join a large national team of OTs and a multidisciplinary group, gaining hands‑on experience while receiving structured supervision and ongoing training.

During the program you’ll deliver client‑centred assessments and interventions in diverse settings, with flexible full‑time or part‑time options

Qualifications

About the Role

As a Graduate OT, you’ll have the opportunity to work with clients aged 0–65 in homes, schools, group programs, and the community. Your caseload can be tailored to your interests to make sure you are doing work that you find the most meaningful. You’ll deliver assessments and interventions such as:

• Functional capacity and sensory assessments
• Assistive technology and home modifications
• Skill and capacity building programs
• You’ll build strong client relationships, celebrate achievements, and see the impact of your work everyday.
