Job summary

Logan Hospital is seeking a motivated new graduate Dietitian to join the Nutrition and Dietetics team. You will deliver nutrition assessments and interventions across acute, sub-acute and ambulatory settings, supporting safe, evidence-based, patient-centred care under experienced mentors.

You will manage a caseload, develop clinical judgement and time management while collaborating with patients, families and the wider multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• New graduate dietitians apply evidence-based practice to patient care.
• Ability to develop clinical judgement and time management with support from senior clinicians.
• Strong verbal and written communication for multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Nutrition and Dietetics assessments, interventions, patient education and ongoing management.
• Manage an allocated caseload with guidance from senior clinicians.
• Collaborate with patients, families, carers and the multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care.
• Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement and research activities.
