Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA is required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for accurate care delivery.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hospital/aged care team.
• Willingness to learn and grow within aged care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident admissions and health assessments.
• Develop, implement and review personalised care plans.
• Provide safe, high-quality clinical care prioritising dignity and independence.
• Monitor residents’ health and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Maintain accurate medication records and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with residents, families, GPs and care staff.
• Participate in handovers, care reviews and improvement activities.
