Prince of Wales Hospital and Community Health Service in Randwick, NSW, is offering a 12-month New Graduate Physiotherapist program within SESLHD. This TemporaryFull Time position provides a clear pathway for new graduates to start their careers in a supportive team with teaching, learning, development and clinical support, up to 2028.

The role provides a guideline salary of $79,419 to $92,801 per year plus super, 38 hours per week, and a rotating 7-day roster including weekends.

Qualifications

• Qualified physiotherapist with AHPRA registration and new graduate status at role start.
• Demonstrated core competency in physiotherapy and commitment to ongoing development.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills for patient engagement and teamwork.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional digital technologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver high quality Physiotherapy care to patients/clients.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to ensure best patient outcomes.
• Engage patients/clients and use evidence-based clinical care.
• Willingness to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekends.
