Job summary

Northern Health is seeking two New Graduate Occupational Therapists to join a comprehensive rotational program across Acute, Subacute, Community, Hand Therapy and Paediatrics in Melbourne's rapidly growing outer north.

These fixed-term roles include one for 12 months and another for 24 months. You will develop broad clinical skills, work with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to positive patient outcomes in a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapist eligible to practice in Australia.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.
• Demonstrated interest in broad clinical exposure and lifelong learning.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a rotational program across multiple service areas (Acute, Subacute, Community, Hand Therapy, Paediatrics).
• Conduct assessment, develop interventions and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support positive patient outcomes.
