Calvary Adelaide Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Neurosurgery team as a Clinical Care Coordinator. The role focuses on coordinating patient care from admission to discharge and working across multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient journeys.

Reporting to the Clinical Care Coordinator Manager and Neurosurgical Clinical Manager, the position offers four days per week, commencing September 2026, with flexible Monday to Friday arrangements and a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in acute surgical care and discharge planning.
• Ability to coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Three years acute clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge.
• Collaborate with surgeons, medical teams, and ward staff.
• Support efficient length of stay and smooth patient transitions.
• Engage in care coordination and discharge planning activities.
