Job summary

Royal Rehab Group’s NeuroMoves clinic in Lismore is seeking a Physiotherapist to join a supportive, values-driven team. You will manage a diverse neurological caseload across SCI, TBI, stroke, MS and Parkinson’s, delivering interventions in the NeuroMoves gym, at client homes, in the community, via telehealth and hydrotherapy.

You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team, advocate for participants with NDIs, access PD support, and participate in ongoing mentoring and professional development within

Qualifications

• Passion for neurological rehabilitation and delivering client-focused care.
• AHPRA-registered (or eligible) to practice physiotherapy.
• Collaborative team player with strong relationship-building skills.
• Person-centred approach focused on achieving best outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse neurological caseload (SCI, TBI, Stroke, MS, Parkinson's).
• Deliver physio interventions across NeuroMoves gym, home/community visits, telehealth and hydrotherapy.
• Apply evidence-based practice to develop goal-directed therapy and measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with families, carers and multidisciplinary team to optimise outcomes.
• Advocate for participants with NDIS, ICare and equipment suppliers; provide mentoring and supervise students.
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical projects; support professional development.
