Step into a leadership role with Network Aviation part of the trusted Qantas Group. As we continue to deliver safe and exceptional service across regional Western Australia and beyond we’re looking for Cabin Supervisors who are ready to lead by example, inspire their teams and take the onboard experience to new heights.
As a Cabin Supervisor you’ll be the onboard leader guiding a team of Cabin Crew to deliver an exceptional customer journey while upholding the highest standards in safety compliance and professionalism.
Flying on our fleet of F100 A319 and A320 aircraft you’ll operate to destinations such as Busselton, Newman, Broome, Darwin and Newcastle while also supporting charter flights for FIFO operations and corporate clients across Australia.
This role demands a confident communicator and natural leader with a passion for people and precision. You’ll work closely with Flight Crew and key stakeholders, coordinate inflight operations and provide real‑time feedback to drive performance and enhance the onboard environment.
