Job summary

Creative Activation is seeking a Nespresso Brand Ambassador to demonstrate coffee machines and engage customers in-store at Australia’s major retailers. You will showcase product knowledge, answer questions, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Role requires strong communication, a passion for coffee, and the ability to work weekend shifts across local stores. A valid driver's license and a car are preferred to facilitate store coverage.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Passion for coffee and willingness to share product knowledge with customers.
• Experience in fast-paced retail and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Comfortable in a face-to-face environment and engaging customers directly.
• Available for weekend shifts and able to cover multiple stores locally.
• Owns a car and holds a valid driver’s license.

You will be located within Australia’s biggest retailers and utilising the training provided, you will use your coffee expertise to demonstrate Coffee Machines, generating raving fans and converting customer engagements into sales.
