Job summary

Canberra Health Services (CHS) seeks a Registered Nurse Level 2 to join the Clinical Development Nurse role in the Special Care Nursery. This is a part-time temporary position with a 28-hour week and potential for permanency, located in Canberra. You will support and develop nursing staff, driving neonatal care excellence in a state-of-the-art unit.

Rotating shifts across seven days are required. The role is within ACT's only tertiary neonatal unit, with relocation considerations and flexible

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with current practice registration.
• Experience in neonatal units is preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts across seven days.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop nursing staff to improve neonatal care outcomes.
• Drive excellence in neonatal care within the unit and contribute to families' outcomes.
