Job summary

Australian Unity is seeking an experienced Neighbourhood Leader to drive integrated care and service delivery across a local Neighbourhood. You will lead a team of leaders, coordinating Care Partnering and Service Delivery to ensure seamless, high-quality customer outcomes and efficient operations.

The role is full-time and based at Eastgardens/Canterbury with regular on-site leadership. Flexible work options allow roughly one day per week remote, aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership experience within aged care, health, community services or another regulated environment.
  • Experience leading leaders and geographically dispersed or multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong people leadership, coaching and stakeholder engagement capabilities, with the ability to influence outcomes across multiple teams.
  • A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to balance customer outcomes, workforce effectiveness and operational performance.
  • Ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making, continuous improvement and performance outcomes.
  • Experience leading quality, risk and compliance outcomes within a regulated environment.
  • Experience leading teams through change, transformation and growth initiatives.
  • Knowledge of aged care funding models, regulatory requirements and quality standards will be highly regarded. Relevant qualifications in aged care, community services, health, business or a related discipline are also desirable.

  • Coach and develop leaders to build high-performing, engaged and customer-focused teams.
  • Build strong partnerships across multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholder groups to support integrated care delivery.
  • Support neighbourhood growth by aligning workforce capacity and service delivery capability to customer demand.
  • Use data, insights and performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimise customer and business outcomes.

You are an experienced operational leader who enjoys developing people, driving performance and delivering outstanding customer outcomes in a complex service environment.

You will bring:
