MummyNanny in Glen Iris, Melbourne, seeks an experienced confinement lady to assist with newborn care for twins starting 1 December 2026 for at least one month, with possible extension. You will support the parents' recovery during the early weeks, managing two babies with feeding, settling, and routines.

Ideal candidates bring twin or multiples experience, paediatric first aid, belly binding, and a warm, calm temperament; light cleaning and cooking support are welcomed in a relaxed household.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for newborns, ideally twins or multiples.
• Knowledge of postpartum recovery and confinement care.
• Paediatric first aid training is essential.
• Belly binding experience is a plus.
• Warm, calm, patient temperament; able to stay composed.
• Willing to help with light cleaning and laundry.
• Cooking skills to support daily meals.

Responsibilities

Confinement Lady for Twins (Glen Iris, Melbourne)

We’re first-time parents expecting twins (due 26 November 2026) and are looking for an experienced confinement lady to help us settle into parenthood from 1 December 2026, for at least one month, with the option to extend.

You’ll support newborn care and our recovery during those crucial early weeks — and because it’s twins, experience managing two babies at once is a real plus.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience caring for newborns, ideally twins or multiples
• Confident with feeding support, settling, bathing, and establishing routines
• Knowledge of postpartum recovery and confinement care
• Paediatric first aid
• Belly binding experience
• A warm, calm, patient temperament
• Willing to help with light cleaning and laundry
• Great cook
