Wild Desert is seeking an experienced NDT Technician to join our team on a 2/2 roster, conducting NDT testing across our rig fleet and reviewing inspection reports to ensure compliance with quality standards.

You will perform ultrasonic, eddy current and magnetic particle testing, document results, and support maintenance across Queensland and South Australia, while coordinating with crews to keep schedules on track.

Qualificações

• NDT Level 2 certifications across UT, EC, MT.
• Ability to create, review and monitor NDT inspection reports.

Responsabilidades

• Perform NDT testing across Wild Desert rig fleet.
• Create, control and review NDT inspection reports and work schedules.
• Liaise with maintenance crews to align testing with planned activities.

Throughout Australia, Wild Desert remains one of the leading providers of well servicing rigs, transport operations and mobile camps to the oil and gas industry. We currently have approximately 50 team members across our maintenance and trades teams working across Queensland and South Australia. As we have grown, we are seeking an experienced NDT Technician to join the Wild Desert team on a friendly 2/2 roster working across all operations. The NDT Technician will be responsible for conducting NDT testing and inspection work along with creating, controlling, monitoring and reviewing NDT inspection reports and work schedules across the Wild Desert Rig fleet.

Essential Requirements

• PCN/AINDT ISO 9712 Level 2 Certification in Ultrasonic Testing
• PCN/AINDT ISO 9712 Level 2 Certification in Eddy Current Testing
• PCN/AINDT ISO 9712 Level 2 Certification in Magnetic Particle Testing
• Manual Drivers licence

Desired Requirements

• 4WD Training
• LR Licence
