Job summary

Enhanced Lifestyles in the Riverland region of South Australia seeks a compassionate Support Worker for In-Home Care or Supported Independent Living (SIL). You will provide social supports, personal care, transport, and domestic assistance across Barmera, Berri, Blanchetown, Loxton, Renmark, and Waikerie.

Shifts run across a 7‑day roster with 2–4 hour blocks and occasional sleepovers. A Certificate III in Disability (desirable), current First Aid/CPR, and checks are required, with pathways for

• Current First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling certificates.
• NDIS Worker Check and South Australian Working with Children Check.
• NDIS Online Modules.

Position Details

• Riverland Region Locations:
  • Barmera
  • Berri
  • Blanchetown
  • Loxton
  • Renmark
  • Waikerie

• Shifts currently available:
  • Shifts available across a 7-day roster (weekdays and weekends)
  • Shift times range from 7:00am - 11:00pm
  • Shift duration, based on customers needs and funding, shift times range from 2 hours to 4 hours
  • Passive sleepovers in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) houses

Qualifications and Experience:

• Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support, or similar qualification (desirable)
• Current First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling certificates
• NDIS Worker Check and South Australian Working with Children Check
• NDIS Online Modules

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance, and willing to transport customers for community participation
• Evidence of the right to work within Australia
