Job summary

Enhanced Lifestyles is seeking Support Workers in the Riverland region of South Australia. Join our In-Home Care or Supported Independent Living (SIL) teams to help individuals with disabilities live more independently.

We offer flexible shifts across a 7-day roster and a supportive work environment that values compassion and purpose. Key responsibilities include community access, social supports, personal care, domestic duties, and meal planning assistance.

• Current First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling certificates
• NDIS Worker Check and South Australian Working with Children Check
• NDIS Online Modules

Position Details

• Riverland Region Locations:
  • Renmark
• Shifts currently available:
  • Shifts available across a 7-day roster (weekdays and weekends)
  • Shift times range from 7:00am – 11:00pm
  • Shift duration, based on customers needs and funding, shift times start from 2 hours
• Key responsibilities:
  • Community access and transport
  • Social supports
  • Personal care
  • Domestic duties
  • Assisting customers with meal planning, preparation and cooking

Qualifications and Experience:

• Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support, or similar qualification (desirable)
• Current First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling certificates
• NDIS Worker Check and South Australian Working with Children Check
• NDIS Online Modules

Desirable additional training and/or experience in (further training will be provided):

• Behaviours of Concern
• Medication Administration
• Complex Care needs – Bowel, Catheter, PEG/PEJ, Dysphagia, Seizure, Epilepsy

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance, and willing to transport customers for community participation
• Evidence of the right to work within Australia
