AMK AUSTRALIA PTY LTD trading as Essential carers is hiring for a permanent full-time role in Point Cook, VIC. The role provides personal care and supports NDIs goals, with a 38-hour week and salary of AUD 80,000 plus superannuation.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, promoting independence, community access, and documentation to NDIs standards, with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

Competenze

• Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or equivalent.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain them).

Mansioni

• Provide personal care, including showering, grooming, dressing, toileting and mobility support, while maintaining dignity.
• Support participants to develop independence and life skills aligned with NDIs goals.
• Assist with light domestic duties to maintain a safe living environment.
• Facilitate community access by accompanying participants to activities.
• Monitor wellbeing and report changes to supervisors or health professionals.
• Maintain accurate care records per organisational and NDIS requirements.
• Assist with rehabilitation activities and basic treatments under supervision.
• Support therapists during sessions and assist with medication administration where trained.
