Job summary

Sirv is seeking an NDIS Support Worker to provide hands-on daily living support across Brisbane Northside and Redcliffe area (Nundah, Wynnum, Wooloowin and surrounds). You’ll assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and community access, working with a team that cares about participants’ independence.

Requirements include manual handling experience, Certificate III in Individual Support (or higher), PBSP familiarity, current NDIS check, First Aid/CPR, a valid driver’s license, and

Qualifications

• Experience with manual handling (transfers, hoists, slings, mobility equipment).
• Certificate III in Individual Support or higher; currently enrolled considered.
• PBSP experience or willingness to learn.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check current or willingness to obtain one.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
• Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and genuine passion for supporting others.
