Qualifications

• Experience in workforce, capability, coaching, education or learning development.
• Strong strategic, analytical and systems-thinking skills with data insights.
• Stakeholder engagement across a complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead national workforce strategy aligned to Made in Netball.
• Drive sector leadership and collaboration among stakeholders.
• Develop pathways and accreditation frameworks for coaching, umpiring and officials.
• Oversee workforce data, insights and future capability planning.
• Manage budgets and invest in sustainable workforce initiatives.
