Job summary

Rehab Management in Sydney is seeking a National Partnerships Manager to drive growth through new partnerships and strategic account management across Psychological Services. You will engage HR and executive stakeholders, lead tenders, and expand the use of EAP and wellbeing services.

The role requires expertise in Psychological Services or related health sectors, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to translate data into strategic actions. This hybrid role offers autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

• Background in Psychological Services, EAP, Workplace Wellbeing, Occupational Rehabilitation or Health sectors
• Proven experience in business development and account management
• Strong ability to identify and convert new business, cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Commercial acumen with the ability to turn data and insights into action
• Confidence presenting to executive audiences and leading strategic conversations
• Experience managing tenders, proposals and partnership growth strategies

Role Title: National Partnerships Manager (Psychological Services)

Location: Sydney

Hours: Monday-Friday with hybrid working WFH

About the Role

As our Psychological Services National Partnerships Manager, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through new partnerships, strategic account management, and customer development across our Psychological Services division.

You'll bring experience in Psychological Services, EAP, Workplace Mental Health, Occupational Rehabilitation, Health Services, or a similar industry, along with a strong understanding of employer wellbeing solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Secure new employer partnerships and grow existing customer relationships
• Build trusted relationships with HR, People & Culture and executive stakeholders
• Drive engagement and utilisation of EAP, workplace mental health and psychological wellbeing services
