Job summary

Enertia Talent partners with an Australian business to appoint a Head of Sales & Growth. You will own the national sales strategy, build major opportunities, and lead a growing team across construction, infrastructure, industrial, and major-project customers.

You will report to the CEO, shape the market position, and drive growth by forming senior customer relationships and delivering large-scale opportunities.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial leader with a track record in strategic growth
• Experience building national sales pipelines across major projects
• Ability to win complex opportunities and close significant deals

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national sales and growth strategy.
• Build a high-quality pipeline across major projects and strategic customers.
• Personally open doors and convert significant new business opportunities.
• Build senior relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, project owners and key decision-makers.
• Develop strategic accounts, partnerships and long-term customer agreements.
• Lead major proposals, pricing and complex commercial negotiations.
• Identify new markets, applications and revenue opportunities.
• Build and develop the sales team as the business grows.
• Manage the CRM, forecasting and pipeline disciplines.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver practical customer solutions.
