Job summary

HPX Group in Sydney seeks a National Events Manager to lead client experiences nationwide, shaping the CX across touchpoints—from venues to logistics. You’ll partner with Partners, Directors and Growth Managers, managing end-to-end events and CRM-driven attendee tracking to deliver exceptional experiences.

You will identify new venues and activations, measure ROI, and drive cohesive national processes with support staff. Interstate travel is required occasionally in this growth-focused role.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in event management.
• Proven external and executive event management experience.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communications.
• Experience coordinating across teams and with partners.

Responsibilities

• Define national client-facing events strategy to drive relationships, brand preference, revenue growth and client stickiness.
• Manage delivery of events and experiences in line with objectives, budget and firm campaigns.
• Own end-to-end design and creation of digital and in-person events, including project management, logistics, communications, branding and CRM tracking.
• Identify new opportunities to enhance national events and venues.
• Provide post-event ROI reports and recommendations.
