ABOUT HENRY-GRIFFITTS

Henry-Griffitts is a pioneering family-owned golf manufacturer founded in 1983 by Randy Henry and Jim Griffitts. Built on the belief that every golfer deserves properly fitted equipment; the company was one of the first to focus exclusively on true custom-fitted clubs. HG’s philosophy blends precision craftsmanship with professional, teaching-based fitting, ensuring each club is tailored to the unique swing of every golfer.

The brand leads the market in custom-fitted golf clubs from its headquarters in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and the Australasian head office on the Gold Coast, QLD.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The National Brand & Fitting Manager is responsible for driving the growth, reputation, and performance of Henry-Griffitts across Australia. This role combines brand leadership, account development, and elite custom-fitting expertise. You will lead the expansion of the HG fitter network, conduct fitting events nationwide, train partner professionals, and deliver sales, margin, and distribution objectives in line with company expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand, Sales & Territory Growth
  • Act as an ambassador for Henry-Griffitts, delivering exceptional service to customers and fitters.
  • Identify and develop new retail and fitting opportunities across Australia.
  • Maximise brand presence through strategic merchandising and presentation.
  • Manage sales performance across the territory to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and margin targets.
  • Ensure accounts receivable performance aligns with company expectations.
  • Maintain an ongoing focus on profitability and effective cost management.
Fitting, Training & Events
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute fitting days, demonstration events, and educational programs nationwide.
  • Build, lead, and support a network of Henry-Griffitts Certified Fitters and Specialists.
  • Deliver professional product and fitting system training to retail staff, PGA professionals, and partner facilities.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, PGA events, golf expos, and industry activations.
Relationship Management
  • Provide exceptional support to existing accounts while establishing new partnerships.
  • Foster positive, professional relationships with golf professionals, coaches, retail partners, and industry bodies.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal leadership and contribute to ongoing product and fitting feedback.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Preferred Qualifications
  • PGA Member or industry teaching/fitting professional (preferred but not essential).
  • TrackMan Level 1 or 2 Certification (preferred but not essential).
Required Skills
  • Strong background in custom fitting, coaching, or performance equipment.
  • Confident presenter with experience speaking to groups of all sizes.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the club-fitting process and modern fitting technologies.
  • Solid awareness of HG product lines and competitor equipment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, including frequent travel and overnight stays.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy across MS Office and modern fitting software (equipment provided).
  • A growth mindset with a desire to continually improve.
Other Requirements
  • Full Australian driver’s licence.
BENEFITS & PERKS
  • The successful Candidate can expect a remuneration of circa $120,000 pa (inclusive of Superannuation and Commissions etc) for 38 hours per week.
