• Strong background in custom fitting, coaching, or performance equipment.
• Confident presenter with experience speaking to groups of all sizes.
• Comprehensive understanding of the club-fitting process and modern fitting technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, including frequent travel and overnight stays.
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Computer literacy across MS Office and modern fitting software.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand growth and reputation across Australia.
• Lead the expansion of the fitter network and conduct fitting events.
• Manage sales performance to achieve revenue and margin targets.
