Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a National Account Manager for Woolworths in Australia. You will drive growth for iconic Personal Care brands, partnering with customers, delivering category strategies, and influencing commercial outcomes.

Role reports to Business Manager Grocery. Hybrid work location in Sydney, NSW. 3+ years in FMCG account management and strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years FMCG account management with forecasting & supply planning experience.
• Strong analytical and category management skills.
• Good financial literacy and P&L awareness.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and profitability for Woolworths portfolio.
• Manage trade spend within CIW guard rails for profitable growth.
• Develop bottom-up forecasting and ROI tracking.
• Handle administrative account issues promptly.
• Collaborate with category & marketing teams on strategic plans.
• Create and execute category-level joint business plans.
• Lead category reviews for visibility and product availability.
• Share best practices within the Grocery Team.
• Coach internal talent in the Grocery and Pharmacy Channel.

What you will do

As the National Account Manager for Woolworths and lead for WW Metro, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth for iconic brands within our Personal Care portfolio including Neutrogena® and Aveeno®. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with key customers, deliver category-leading strategies, and make a tangible impact on both business performance and consumer experiences. Through your commercial leadership, strategic mindset, and passion for customer partnership, you'll drive sustainable growth, strengthen brand presence, and help ensure Kenvue's products reach consumers across Australia every day.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Continuous evaluation of sales performance and identification of opportunities to grow sales and improve profitability
• Manage trade spend budgets within CIW guard rails in your portfolio to delivery profitable growth
• Create a more strategic approach to GTS/CIW/NTS management through the implementation and ongoing servicing of bottom up forecasting and ROI tracking
• Manage all administrative account issues that may arise
• Work collaboratively with internal category and marketing teams to shape and influence strategic plans
• Develop and implement category level joint business plans for your portfolio, including annual promotion and activation calendar.
• Lead the category review process to deliver improved visibility and availability of your product range
• Be a key contributor to the broader Grocery Team through sharing best practice initiatives in all internal forums
• Assist the National Business Manager in helping shape the next generation of NAM’s through coaching and development of key internal talent as required within the Grocery and Pharmacy Channel

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+yrs experience in FMCG account management, with proven track record of accurate sales forecasting and supply planning alignment. Experience with major or chain grocery customers highly desired.
• Strong Analytic Skills
• Solid understanding of category management & shopper principles
• Strong financial literacy including the ability to work with P&Ls effectively
• Intermediate level in software systems Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong presentation, negotiation and selling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
