Job summary

Aspen Medical’s Defence & National Security team is seeking a National Rostering Manager to lead workforce deployment, scheduling and rostering across complex, nationally distributed healthcare workforces.

You will collaborate with National and Regional Operations, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Clinical Services to ensure the right people are deployed to the right locations at the right time.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex workforce deployment, rostering, scheduling or workforce operations.
• Strong knowledge of roster governance, awards and EBAs, fatigue management and policy alignment.
• Ability to translate operational demand into practical workforce solutions.
• Experience with workforce analytics systems and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of national 24/7 rostering and deployment.
• Ensure coverage across all service delivery locations and manage surge and contingency workforce.
• Establish rostering governance, standards and controls in line with awards and policies.
• Collaborate with Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, L&D and Clinical Services to align forecasts and readiness.
• Monitor utilization, vacancies and roster performance to drive efficiency and experience.
