Redeemer Lutheran College in Brisbane is seeking a passionate Music Teacher to deliver engaging programs for Years 3–12 starting 2027. You will foster creativity, performance, and a love of the arts across classroom, ensembles and co-curricular activities.

The role requires Queensland teacher registration, strong classroom management and the ability to collaborate with colleagues to support student wellbeing and holistic development.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality Music education across Junior School (3-6) and Senior School (7-12).
• Contribution to/involvement in the College’s co-curricular music program (e.g. conducting/accompanying of choirs, ensembles etc.).
• Demonstrate excellence in teaching and learning practice, experience in the development and implementation of Kodaly methodology within the early years setting is highly regarded
• Foster students' skills in performance, composition, musicianship and music appreciation.
• Support and encourage participation in ensembles, concerts, productions and special events.
• Create engaging and contemporary learning experiences that cater to diverse learners.
• Monitor and support student progress through effective assessment and feedback.
• Contribute positively to the pastoral programs of the College.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance student outcomes
