Job summary

Arts Centre Melbourne seeks a Project Manager for the Australian Performing Arts Collection to plan and deliver cross-platform projects that showcase Australia’s performing arts heritage. You will manage exhibitions, digital experiences and programs, coordinating teams, budgets and schedules to achieve museum best-practice standards.

Reporting to the Exhibitions Manager, you’ll work with internal teams, contractors and partners to create engaging audience experiences and support the collection’s

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Postgraduate qualification in Museum Studies, Project Management or related discipline (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and deliver cross-platform projects showcasing Australian performing arts heritage.
• Manage physical and digital experiences, exhibitions and multimedia programs within time and budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors and partners to meet best-practice standards.
• Ensure audience engagement and delivery aligns with the collection’s strategic objectives.
