NSW Health Pathology in Wagga Wagga is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist - Multiskilled to support a range of diagnostic services. The role involves coordinating training, contributing to quality improvement, and delivering high-quality pathology work within a collaborative laboratory environment.

The successful candidate will hold a science/MLS degree, have experience with LIS and QC systems, and demonstrate strong communication skills, teamwork, and ability to manage competing priorities.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or higher in Science/Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent
• Demonstrated knowledge of pathology services and laboratory operations
• Experience with LIS, Patient Systems and QC Systems
• Strong report writing and communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Work well in a team and autonomously
• Understanding of WHS and privacy requirements
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends/public holidays

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and provide scientific and technical training within the laboratory
• Support development, review and quality management of lab practices
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and continual process improvement
