Reporting to the Digital Director, the Multimedia Editor is an essential, hands-on role dedicated to driving the editorial video growth of Escape and the travel ecosystem.
Acting as the connective tissue between ideation and execution, you will work collaboratively with our Audience Editor, whilst guiding our Social Media Editor, and Video Editor to ensure our travel content comes to life dynamically across every digital screen.
This is an editorial-first, highly collaborative role for a creative storyteller who understands what makes video resonate with an audience. You are not just working behind a camera or editing in front of a screen; you are an editorial gatekeeper. You will be responsible for commissioning engaging video content from both in-house teams and external talent, reviewing all assets against brand priorities, and being incredibly smart and resourceful with how we utilise and package video assets to maximise every content capture opportunity across our platforms.
